Refund & Cancellation Policy

At FDT Experts, we strive to provide high-quality digital marketing services, GST filing support, and other business solutions with professionalism and transparency. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be provided.
1. General Policy
- Once a project has been initiated and work has begun, administrative costs, resource allocation, and service efforts are immediately incurred.
- Therefore, all payments made to FDT Experts are non-refundable, except as specifically stated in this policy.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- If the project has not yet been started and cancellation is requested in writing within 48 hours of payment.
- If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to reasons solely attributable to FDT Experts.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
- Once 50% or more progress has been completed on a project.
- For digital marketing campaigns (such as SEO, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, etc.) after campaigns are launched, since ad budgets are directly spent on third-party platforms and are non-recoverable.
- For GST filing and compliance services, since government fees and filing charges are non-refundable once submitted.
- If the client provides incorrect, incomplete, or delayed information, leading to errors, delays, or failed results.
- If the client changes the scope of work or requests additional services outside the original agreement.
4. Cancellations
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to fdtexperts@gmail.com.
- If cancellation is approved before work has started, only partial refunds may be issued after deducting administrative and processing costs.
5. Digital Marketing Specific Policy
As a digital marketing agency, our refund terms also apply to campaign-based services:
- Ad Spend: Amounts spent on Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), or other advertising platforms are non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Service Fee: Once campaigns are planned, set up, and executed, the service fees are non-refundable, even if the client chooses to discontinue the campaign.
6. Dispute Resolution
If you believe you are entitled to a refund under this policy, please contact us with full details of your case. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and our decision will be final.
